For State House
Government is neither inherently good nor bad. It is what we make of it. It should do for us collectively that which we cannot do individually. It cannot solve all our problems, but it can be accountable to the citizens and do what we want it to do.
I have been listening to the concerns of working citizens for years. Rising taxes, diminishing jobs, and governmental indifference affect us all. I want to work for a government that values the tax dollars its citizens contribute, keeping them available for essential services to those citizens. This can only be achieved by citizens engaging in the process, working to keep government transparent and accountable.
